Can we Bridge AI’s responsibility gap at Will?

چکیده
Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) increasingly executes tasks that previously only humans could do, such as drive a car, fight in war, or perform medical operation. However, the very best AI systems tend to be least controllable and transparent, some scholars argued can no longer morally responsible for of AI-caused outcomes, which would then result responsibility gap. In this paper, I assume, sake argument, at most sophisticated do indeed create gaps, ask whether we bridge these gaps will , viz. certain people take harm simply by performing speech act, just give permission something act consent. متن کاملThe ecogenetic link between demography and evolution: can we bridge the gap between theory and data?
Calls to understand the links between ecology and evolution have been common for decades. Population dynamics, i.e. the demographic changes in populations, arise from life history decisions of individuals and thus are a product of selection, and selection, on the contrary, can be modified by such dynamical properties of the population as density and stability. It follows that generating predict...

The introduction of competency-based postgraduate medical training, as recently stimulated by national governing bodies in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and other countries, is a major advancement, but at the same time it evokes critical issues of curricular implementation. A source of concern is the translation of general competencies into the practice of clin...
متن کاملFluctuating asymmetry as an indicator of fitness: can we bridge the gap between studies?
There is growing evidence from both experimental and non-experimental studies that fluctuating asymmetry does not consistently index stress or fitness. The widely held--yet poorly substantiated--belief that fluctuating asymmetry can act as a universal measure of developmental stability and predictor of stress-mediated changes in fitness, therefore staggers. Yet attempts to understand why the re...
